Makahiya ( Shy Plant )
The makahiya plant can be found in the philippines especially where there is grass and other various plants and it is known for closing when it is touched. Hiya means shy in filipino and its name makes sense since it close when touched because its "shy".I got this makahiya plant from kuya lanz backyard when i was there in Gordon Heights, and when back home i planted it in a container, and "presto" its alive and continuing growing and climbing the wall.
